How it works
Simple steps to exchange cryptocurrencies quickly and securely
Select pair
Select the pair you want to exchange in the Create Exchange block on the changee.com home page. Choose the coin in You Send, the coin in You Receive, and click Start Exchange.
Enter exchange details
Enter the destination address and note your order ID — you'll need it to contact support if needed. Read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, check your details, then click Start a transaction.
Deposit
Your request is created. You'll see the wallet address where you must send the cryptocurrency for exchange. The address is valid for 6 hours — send the funds before it expires. If you send them later, contact support. Do not send funds to the same address again for the same request.
Exchange process
Once we receive your cryptocurrency, it is automatically exchanged using exchange liquidity and sent to your destination address. The rate is floating and shown as an estimate in the calculator. Orders are processed automatically on our website. The exchange usually takes 10–30 minutes, but may take longer depending on network load.
Exchange complete
Your transaction has been successfully processed and the funds have been sent to the destination address. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team.
